CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
- If you live outside of the USA, it is likely that you will face customs and import charges from your local customs authority.
- These charges are completely outside of our control.
- Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions related to customs as we cannot refund items held or returned by customs due to non payment of import fees.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At PheeNix Boutique, we pride ourselves on being a low-to-no waste business by carrying low-to-no stock. We create your order just for you. By doing this, we can keep excess items out of landfills & oceans.
However, due to the made-to-order nature of the products, and in order to keep manufacturing waste to a minimum, we have a strict return policy. We WILL accept a NO FEE return or exchange for the following reasons:
- When the product has been delivered damaged.
- When the wrong product has been delivered.
- When there is an issue with the manufacture of the product.
- When there is a significant disparity between the product image/description and the delivered product.
Returns or exchanges for ANY other reason will require a 25% RESTOCKING FEE and Return Shipping will be covered by buyer.
We do NOT offer a NO FEE returns for wrong sizing.
