At PheeNix Boutique, we pride ourselves on being a low-to-no waste business by carrying low-to-no stock. We create your order just for you. By doing this, we can keep excess items out of landfills & oceans.
However, due to the made-to-order nature of the products, and in order to keep manufacturing waste to a minimum, we have a strict return policy. We WILL accept a NO FEE return or exchange for the following reasons:

• When the product has been delivered damaged.
• When the wrong product has been delivered.
• When there is an issue with the manufacture of the product.
• When there is a significant disparity between the listing image/description and the delivered product.

Returns or exchanges for ANY other reason will require a 25% RESTOCKING FEE and Return Shipping will be covered by buyer.
We do NOT offer a NO FEE returns for wrong sizing. Please refer to the size charts in listing.
